Solid waste from all departments at Bowmans Windows was segregated and returned to recyclers. Protective wrappings from lengths of aluminium and cardboard are compacted while wood used to transport glass is sent to a recycler generating a small income of £1500 per annum and avoiding disposal charges of £3000.
