Activity – Tambourine
You will need
- Washed used Aluminium pie/tart dishes (2 per tambourine)
- Paper hole punch
- Old string, ribbon, pieces of crepe paper streamers etc
- Small pebbles
What to
Do
- Place the 2 dishes top sides together
- Make holes through the sides of both dishes every 4 cm around
- Lace the string or ribbon through the holes to sew the pie dishes together
but before finishing drop in some of the small pebbles
- Ensure the 2 pie dishes are securely sewn together
- Decorate your tambourine with crepe paper, streamers etc.
